My best holiday so far. Everything was well planned and arranged. I feel like I’m traveling on business class throughout the 15days. No hassle and no stress! Guides are on time picking us up. The host are buffalo camp were helpful and friendly. Janet is such a responsible planner. She really works 24x7 to ensure we are ok. We decided to have a guide replaced after a ride with him from airport to hotel. It was evening at Cape Town and a day before Xmas eve. Janet got us a replacement meeting our requirements the next day which is Xmas eve! I’m glad we went with Beyond Footprint for this South Africa & Victoria Falls trip. The planning stage, briefing session, recommendation on restaurants , the surprise Xmas basket to our room!! all are just so nice n so pleasant. I highly recommend traveling with Beyond Footprint if you want a wonderful experience traveling hassle free, stress free n feeling pampered n privileged.. 👍🏻😄😁😆👍🏻

Came back from a well-planned Dec 2025 South Africa + Victoria Falls trip put together by Janet. We thoroughly enjoyed the safari in Kapama. Our flight to Victoria Falls Airport was delayed by 6 hours and we were glad the guide, Themba, waited the entire time at the airport to pick us up on arrival. We couldn't have asked for a better guide as we walked 1.5hrs along Victoria Falls with Themba.

In the South Africa leg, we requested a change of the guide right-away after sensing the person was unresponsive. The next day (ie Christmas eve) a more responsive guide was assigned to us. We appreciated the speed at which Janet worked behind the scenes, no doubt with the added challenge of timing (Christmas season).

We thoroughly enjoyed the holiday trip and were glad every detail was well taken care of by Janet.

Overall, my family enjoyed the holiday very much.

Kapama River lodge was excellent. We had a great guide (Azaria)and tracker (Bright). They took very good care of us in our six game drives and worked hard to find the animals. Accommodation and food was above our expectations. We were very lucky to see all The big 5. We saw the leopard twice!

Our guide, Natasha was a very organised and pleasant and always ensured we were comfortable She’s a very good driver and always obliging to our requests. We had a week of strong winds and it was more challenging to drive but she made it through.

We liked the Langa and district 6 tour, the signal hill sunset, the Fernkloof Nature walk, table Mountain hike, horse riding and the duck race was so cute. Cape Town is beautiful, the people are nice and friendly, wine was excellent. I will definitely be back again to see the proteas in bloom, the safari again and cape Agulhas.

I like working with Beyong Footprints where we could customize our itinerary. Russell helped us to create our itinerary with many edits till we were satisfied. He’s very patient and professional. I will definitely use their service again.

We appreciated how seamless and easy it was to plan and coordinate our South Africa trip with Beyond Footprints Travel. The itinerary was tailored to our preferences and well-paced, giving us time to fully experience and capture the beauty of Cape Town and Hermanus.

We had a fantastic experience with our guide and driver, Shareef. Always friendly, humorous, and knowledgeable, he shared insights into local history and culture. He even doubled as our photographer at times, making the trip even more enjoyable and memorable.

Our stay at Kapama River Lodge was also incredible! We saw the Big Five and learned so much from our safari guides. The staff were warm and attentive, the accommodations were comfortable, and the meals were consistently excellent. We especially appreciated the personalised arrangements throughout our 4-night stay, with dedicated staff for both game drives and dining.

Overall, we had an amazing time in South Africa — from its breathtaking natural beauty and wildlife to its rich history and friendly people. Most importantly, we felt safe and well taken care of throughout the journey.

A big thank you to Russell for planning such a wonderful trip for us. He was always prompt in addressing our queries, and regularly checked in with us throughout the trip to make sure everything was going smoothly.

Our trip to Peru turned out to be an Adventure, trekking through awesome Nature and historical sites. Guides gave compelling information of their history & culture. We learnt so much! Accomodation was very good: PuqioAndean is unforgettable. Thank you to Ming & Hun Nee for such close attention to details & our well- being.

Russell put together an incredible trip for a Mother and daughter getaway! A perfect mix of thrill, nature, and wildlife under the hands of knowledgeable guides makes all the difference.
Some special moments include:
Victoria Falls – so many rainbows in the same area. Cross over to the border of Zambia to view the rest of Victoria Falls. We were very awed and humbled by its own existence.
Marine 5 Cruise – aside from the dolphins, sharks, seals and penguins, we encountered a rare sighting of the humpback whale.
Skydiving in Cape Town – 9000ft dive and the view on the way down was remarkable.
Table Mountain – took the cableway. The views from the top have been breathtaking.
Boulders Beach – The penguins are so adorable! Up close and personal to nature.
Kapama Game Reserve – got close to the Big Five and many more. Witnessing a lioness on the hunt is both intense and awe-inspiring. Spotting the elusive leopard was truly special on our last day before flying back to Singapore.
Thank you for creating the most unforgettable moments in our life.

Very efficient from the word go ! The itinerary to South Africa and Victoria Falls was planned to the letter as requested by us . My family of five recently enjoyed an unforgettable 10-day trip to Yunnan, expertly organised by Crystal and Ming from Beyond Footprints. We explored four cities: Kunming, Dali, Lijiang and Shangri-La.

The itinerary was thoughtfully planned, with no early morning rushes and the flexibility to adjust our schedule according to our preferences. Our local driver and tour guide were very professional, making our journey seamless and enjoyable. Love all the hotels we stayed!

My family recently returned from an incredible private tour of Vietnam, meticulously organized by Beyond Footprints Travel. Our family of three adults and three kids had a bespoke itinerary that was perfectly tailored to our interests, offering the ideal blend of cultural exploration, family-friendly activities, and luxurious relaxation.

Our journey began with a luxurious cruise down Halong Bay, where we were treated to stunning views, impeccable service, and activities that delighted both the adults and kids. We then visited charming villages around Hanoi, where we learned how traditional joss sticks are made, created pottery using local riverside clay, and painted on Vietnamese conical hats—an artistic and fun activity that everyone enjoyed!

The highlight of our trip was the serene Mai Chau mountain resort. This stunning property had something for everyone: fresh farm-to-table dining with vegetables grown on-site, a delightful petting zoo for the kids, and a heated infinity pool with breathtaking views of the mountainous landscape. We also loved the short walk to the waterfall and the resort's beautiful viewpoint that showcased the natural beauty of the area. Evenings were magical, with outdoor movies under the stars, warm blankets, and freshly popped popcorn. The adults indulged in the spa's soothing massages, while the kids stayed entertained with board games in the room and exploring the activities at the kids club.

A special shoutout to Mr. Ming from Beyond Footprints Travel, who answered all our pre-trip queries promptly and addressed a small hiccup we encountered in Vietnam with incredible speed and efficiency. His responsiveness and professionalism gave us peace of mind throughout the trip and made the experience even more seamless.

We had an enjoyable family holiday in Shanghai thank you to Ming and Crystal! Our pre trip enquiries were answered patiently and in detail. This also included zoom and in person meet ups. Following which, our request for activities and restaurant bookings were planned hassle free for us, including best tables and experiences. Truly allowing us to have a customised holiday with ease. Their local partner guide and driver were great! Our guide was both english and mandarin speaking, well informed and resourceful. Small hiccups along the way were settled without any interruption to our travel itinerary and we were grateful for that.

Suffice to say, our paper holiday wishlist was made a reality thanks to Beyond Footprints Travel!

My hubby and I had our first customised trip with Beyond Footprints, and it was to Cape Town. It was a pleasant experience communicating with Ming, our travel planner, who was very accommodating to our hectic timetables. He made sure our plans fit our preferences well (and also budget!) and even made effort to pass Vitamin C supplements to us prior to the trip. We felt safe in his care. He even responded to us in a very timely manner when we were in South Africa, and it was past midnight in Singapore due to the difference in time zones. Truly appreciate!

In South Africa, the partner they worked with had impeccable service too. Our guide was called Mario, and it is obvious he had decades of experience as a tour guide. He was familiar with the weather and respective recommended itinerary, and was very entertaining. Best of all, he drove safely, rarely going above 100kph and we felt safe enough to doze off on long rides. Mario was often 20-30min early whenever he were to pick us up. We enjoyed ourselves immensely on the trip, and would recommend our guides to anyone else looking at touring South Africa.

We stayed at Hlosi Lodge (Amakhala Game Reserve) and had 4 game drives there. Then we headed to Knysna, spent a night there, and had a long ride to Cape Town along the scenic garden route. Had an enjoyable time popping by certain scenic areas, and learning about the country from Mario. At Cape Town, we went for the Robben Island tour, Cape Peninsula tour, wine tasting, and a few other activities. We also made time for 2 golf games, which were very scenic and memorable. Grateful!

We were looking for an experienced trip planner when planning for our honeymoon trip to South Africa, Zimbabwe and Zambia for the first time. Even before our journey started, we hit off with Beyond Footprints Travel very well as they were the most accommodating, flexible, responsive and professional agents we have worked with. We were quite late into the planning phase but they managed to settle everything for us with the most ideal itinerary without force feeding us suggestions.

During our trip, everything was planned smoothly from the most professional safaris, beautiful stays and friendly tour guides. We did not have to worry about anything and security was definitely always in place for us. Because of that we managed to see all the big 5 both in Kruger National Park and Sabi sands and had many safe drives and road trips! It was a very fruitful safari experience for us and we’re truly thankful! They even went beyond their service and informed all the lodges/hotels of our Honeymoon and each place prepared something special for us (which cannot always be guaranteed).

Even more, they were forever responsive during our trips even during late hours and weekends. We cannot be more pleased with their level of service and professionalism and will definitely look for them again for personalized trips and safari experiences!
